This is a decisive moment in human history. Science is meeting spirituality in the truth that we create the energetic patterns that feed into our lives in every moment. More than ever, we have a clear understanding of why patterns of fear, stress, sickness, and depression still exist, no matter how hard we’ve worked at getting better.  

 

All of us were programmed to think and feel based on the stories of cultural and family belief systems. These belief systems are the background for the patterns of suffering that are being unconsciously created in our lives at this very moment. Science and spirituality are clear: We can shift these patterns by stepping fully into conscious heart creation.

 

In each moment, your heart creates a field of information, or frequency, that feeds into the patterns of your life. By focusing on embodiment, we can consciously create the frequency that generates vitality, peace, and love patterns for our lives and the benefit of others.

International Picnic Online Cooking Class

When I think of summer, two things come to mind, community and travel. With summer fully here, one of the best ways I know to bring folks together is a good ol' fashioned picnic! For our upcoming cooking class, we will be blending the two with an international picnic cooking class. 

The menu will consist of:

• Asian Slaw

• Italian Macaroni Salad

• Roasted Corn on the Cob with Chimichurri

• Sweet and Smoky Vegetable Skewers 

• Rosewater Mint Melon Ball Skewers.

With a shopping list shared in advance, you can join me on Zoom and we will make the recipes together, at the same time. No time or option to cook during the class - feel welcome to join us to just watch the class and then you will have the recording and instructions to cook on your own at a later date.

Kapha Pacifying Yoga + Poha with Curry Potatoes and Optional Eggs Brunch + Kitchen Rx: How to Use Your Spice Cabinet as an Ayurvedic Pharmacy: We will explore consciousness in food, how to set up your ayurvedic kitchen and dive into the medicinal properties of spices that you most likely have in your kitchen cabinet. We will learn which can prevent and heal ailments ranging from physical pain to indigestion and itching to headaches.

*Monday: Lorilee will be available for 1 hour appointments $90

Sleep deprivation is now a global epidemic, and research has linked it to a laundry list of illnesses, including anxiety, depression, heart attack, rheumatoid arthritis, and osteoporosis, just to name a few. We will look at why sleep is so hard to come by, do's and don'ts of a sleep routine, foods and herbs that encourage sleep, sleep patterns according to dosha, and how to bring it all into balance.
