they manifest as the doshas called Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. We will learn how to manage the doshas to
experience balance and well-being.

Pitta Pacifying Yoga Class + Farmers Market Field Trip + Kitchari Cooking Class and Lunch + Dinacharya: Daily Rituals for Health and Vitality: Dinacharya is the Ayurvedic term for a daily lifestyle/routine. It is considered the “Ultimate Preventive Medicine”. Daily practices are the foundation of a healthy body and a peaceful mind. Ayurvedic daily practices increase vitality, boost the immune system, calm the mind, improve sleep and slow down the aging process.

Kapha Pacifying Yoga + Poha with Curry Potatoes and Optional Eggs Brunch + Kitchen Rx: How to Use Your Spice Cabinet as an Ayurvedic Pharmacy: We will explore consciousness in food, how to set up your ayurvedic kitchen and dive into the medicinal properties of spices that you most likely have in your kitchen cabinet. We will learn which can prevent and heal ailments ranging from physical pain to indigestion and itching to headaches.
*Monday: Lorilee will be available for 1 hour appointments $90
