There are many concepts that we learn for our yoga practice. First, we learn that our true nature is love, and second, we are all connected and feel happiest when we are loved and loving/ supporting others.
Partner Yoga is a practice that brings us into an immediate felt sense of our shared humanity. In this workshop, we will learn how to be effortless with our partners and align, both physically and emotionally, with our innate radiance and well-being. During this playful workshop, you and your partner will deepen your experience by uniting your body, mind, and breath.
