INGREDIENTS
1 cup rice flour
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup jaggery or raw sugar
1 cup almonds soaked, peeled and chopped
6 dates seeded and chopped
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/2 cup warm water
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Knead the mixture with your hands to make sure all the ingredients are blended together.
Using your hands roll into small balls the size of a ping-pong ball and place in a steaming pan.
Steam for 10 minutes, remove to cool slightly and enjoy with someone you love.
