INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of high quality whole milk from grass fed happy cows, if this is not an option please use homemade almond milk

  • 2 dates pitted and finely chopped 

  • 1 tablespoon soaked and peeled almonds finely chopped 

  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes or fresh coconut meat

  • 2 teaspoons of ghee

  • 1/4 teaspoon saffron

  • A good pinch of cardamom powder 

DIRECTIONS

  • Heat the milk over a medium flame and bring to a boil.

  • As the milk is heating slowly, add all of the ingredients - except the saffron.

  • Pour the milk in a mug and sprinkle the saffron on top.

  • Drink in a peaceful state and enjoy.
